Nanette McConnell has been a full time Realtor for over ten years. She was recently elected the 2008 Vice-President of Membership for the local chapter of the Women's Council of Realtors having served as their 2007 Secretary. The Women's Council of Realtors, or WCR, is an organization which helps its members in elevating their profession with education, industry knowledge, and networking opportunities. As a representative of WCR, Nanette will be traveling to Washington DC, Sacramento, and other destination to participate in both National and Regional conferences.
Nanette is a resident of the Tanglewood community in Cypress where she both lives and works. She is the sponsor of the interactive neighborhood website, www.TanglewoodCommunity.com. Although she works extensively with both Buyers and Sellers, Nanette especially enjoys working with first time homebuyers in helping them realize their dream of home ownership. Nanette states that "Success in business today is achieved through positive, productive relationships." She believes that the sharing of her time, talent, and experience is key to building strong connections with her clients.
Nanette is committed to her ongoing education and professional excellence as a Realtor, Entrepreneur and industry leader. She is currently working on earning her Performance Management Network designation through a suite of professional performance training courses. She has also completed courses in both beginning and advanced Feng Shui and home staging, earning a certificate as an Accredited Staging Professional. Nanette has also completed a course through Cerritos College on Negotiation Skills in her continuing effort to improve her ability to better serve her clients.
